Vontoo Enhances Voice Broadcasting Application

Improved reporting and ease-of-use top list of improvements

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – December 15, 2009 – Vontoo, Inc., leading voice broadcast company, announces several advances making the on-line application more robust in both reporting and sending automated calls.

On-line reporting capabilities have been enhanced to show overall results of the automated calls, results by individual phone number, and results by time zone called. Improved graphics add to the clarity of reporting.

One enhancement enables what the company has coined VSI, or Very Simple Integration. Any organization that runs reports, such as overdue payments, can simply upload the file to a private account on Vontoo’s secure FTP servers. Vontoo processes the file, schedules the phone broadcast, and sends a report back to the database once the call campaign has completed. VSI is ideal for the client who has calling campaigns which change infrequently such as collections, billing reminders, or appointment calls, and desires an inexpensive solution to communication.

Vontoo’s recent introduction of their online education and resource site, www.vontoou.com, only strengthens their position as a permission-based voice broadcasting company. Vontoo U supplies clients with sample scripts, real-life applications gleaned from millions of calls, and 24/7 access to essential information about automated phone messaging.

Permission continues to be the mainstay of Vontoo’s success. Stricter FTC regulations demanding the express consent of consumers to receive automated calls strengthen the value of Vontoo’s opt-in permission suite.
